As requested, Jeff Ciocco of the Geosciences/ Hydrology Review Section has reviewed References (a) and (b). Based on the written responses and the teleconference with ABB CENO Fuel Operations on Tuesday, June 9,1998, all of our comments were adequately addressed. Results of the field work should provide a reasonable hydrogeological characterization of the site.
