AIT Reports may contain points relevant to lessons learned which can be applied to future licensing, regulatory and inspection activities.
I suggest that a joint review of the AIT Reports be conducted by the Operations, Regulatory Development and the Licensing Branchos to identify issues to be included in a Lessons Learned Report.
