Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Numbers 50-413 and -414 Revisions to Technical Specification Listings of Core Operating Limit Methodologies Attached are proposed revisions to Technical Specification i

6.9.1.9 for Catawba Nuclear Station which will reference updated l or recently approved methodologies used to calculate cycle-specific limits contained in the Core Operating Limits Report l (COLR). All of the new references have been reviewed and l approved by the NRC staff; therefore, these changes are considered administrative in nature.

The marked-up Technical Specification pages (as well as revised originals) are contained in Attachment I. The justification and safety analysis, as well as a statement of No Significant Hazards, are contained in Attachment II.

By copy of this letter, the State of South Carolina is being I notified of this proposed change.
