BEING CONDUCTED ON THE HIGH STEAM LINE FLOW ISOL ATIONS SENSOR OF THE ISOL ATION CONDENSER THE BRE AKER FOR V ALVE M0 3-1301-1 TRIPPED, AS THE V ALVE ATTEMPTED T0 v.m, nee,

ALL SUBSEQUENT SURVIELL ANCE TESTS AND AT LEAST 5 MANUAL OPER ATIONS OF THIS V A WERE CONDUCTED SATISFACTORILY.

INVESTICATION IS UNDERWAY TO DETERMINE THE POSSIBLE CA MALFUNTION AND WILL DE REPORTED AS REQUIRED BY SECTIO TECHINIC AL SPECIFIC ATIONS.
