., LOAD (MAE) y g CESCRIPTIO,N OF EVENT Uhile performing a quarterly surveillance survey of the station's offsite dump area, contamination in excess of the Rad Control standard limits was found in two arras of the dump. Contamination found ranges from 400 CPM - 13,000 CPM. Material in-volved consists of wood, plastic, clothing, ash and scrap metal.

DAP 12-5 will be revised to maintain dump gate locked with ABB lock. An overall curvey of the dump will also be done using an HP 210 instrument.
