Corrective Action ,

All valves in similar positions en both units 1 and 2 to the failed valve reported in the subject abnor-21 occurrence report have subsequently been

.disassenbled, inspected, and repaired. The tack welds were found broken on all three valves. 'rne disc had rotated appro.xinately tuo inches and one inch circu .fcrentially on valves 74-66 and 74-52, respectiva:ly, on unit 1.

The disc htd not rotated on 7h-52 on unit 2. i l'

Repairs were nade by grindins off the broken tach ucids and rewelding with large fillet velds in accordance with approved instructions.

Corrective Action All valves in similar positions on both units 1 and 2 to the failed valve reported in the subject abnor-n1 occurrence report have subsequently been

.disassc= bled, inspected, and epaired. The tack welds were found broken on all three valves. The dise had roteted approximately two inches and one inch circunferentin11y on valves 74-66 and 7h-52, respectively, on unit 1.

The disc hcd not rotated en 7b-52 on unit 2.

Repairs were made by Srinding off the broken tach welds and rowelding with large fillet welds in accordance with approved instructions.
