-H. Radioactive Liquid Effluents for the reporting period are higher than the previous reporting period due to several evolutions:

- The Unit-1 Reactor experienced a leaking secondary start-up source. -

This resulted in a large amount of Sb-124 and Te-123m being

' discharged.

- Higher dose rates in Unit-1 Containment, due to the leaking _'

secondary start-up source, resulted in a large number of hot spots being flushedito reduce local area dose rates.

- The primary side of the steam generator bowls was high pressure washed, to reduce dose rates and loose surface contamination levels.
