Error Analysis.
The-following is an' estimate of the errors associated with effluent ~
't monitoring and analysis. The estimate is calculated using the square root of the sum of the squares methodology.

1 Radioactive Liquid Effluents for the reporting period are higher than the

previous reporting period due to several evolutions:
The Unit-1 Reactor experienced a leaking secondary start-up source.
This resulted in a large amount of Sb-124 and Te-123m being
' discharged.
Higher dose rates in Unit-1 Containment, due to the leaking secondary start-up source, resulted in a large number of hot spots being flushedito reduce local area dose rates.
The primary side of the steam generator bowls was high pressure washed, to reduce dose rates and loose surface contamination levels.
Attached are the Offsite Dose Calcu,lations for January through December of' I.
