) E Wells Eddleman's Motion for Extension of Time to ask Questicns based on information from Welders Identified in March 1984 According to Applicants' counsel Baxter's nost recent letters, Applicants are unwilling to allow more time to formulate interrogatories on'Eddleman 41 re information from welders. Therefore I am separately filing interrogatories concerning the welder information delivered (after a very lengthy discoverf dispute).
But I also move the Board to allow additional tine after the welders have been contacted, to fornulate and file interrogatories i
based on information from the welders. Due to illness and overwork in this case and other matters, I have not as a unractical natter
.even been able to get people under annrouriate in camera commitments so they can help te a contact welders, and I have not been able to do the contacting myself of the numerous welder 1 on this list.
Obviously, I should not be expected to file interrogatories until I have received the info needed to file them. I would.nropose an extension until July 30, 1984, taking into account the June environnental hearing and'the need to nake pronosed findings from it. I realize this motion may be considered premath but am filing it with allowed tin discovery so as not to waive any rights to discovery.
