REQUEST TO CONTINUE STAY INDEFINITELY Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.764(f), now come the Conservation Council of North Carolina (CCNC), Wells Eddleman (pro se), and the Joint Intervenors with a motion to the Commission to continue indefinitely its temporary automatic stay as to the Licensing Board's authorization of full-power operations.
