In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment ,

to Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2. .

The proposed change revises various portions within Section 6.0,

" Administrative Controls," of the TSs. In addition, changes to the operating license, index, and definitions have been incorporated to support these revisions to the administrative controls. These changes i involve revisions to the approval authority for exceeding overtime guidelines, titles for the Plant Operations Review Committee, requirements for the Radiological Assessment Review Committee, implementation of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, Quality Assurance Program procedures for environmental monitoring, condenser in-leakage monitoring requirements for the Secondary Water Chemistry Program, and i position titles rid references. l The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1. have been noted indicating the affected text. The justification for the proposed TS change is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed determination I of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to i 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.

TVA requests a 45-day implementation period for this TS change following issuance.  !
