Response to a Request for Additional Information re: Proposed Perry Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan Appendix B, 'Training and Qualification Plan" (TAC NO. MC2955)

Responses to issues contained in a Request for Additional Information (RAI) from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff are provided in a safeguarded attachment to this letter. The RAI addresses Appendix B, "Training and Qualification Plan" of the proposed Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Physical Security Plan submitted to the NRC in a letter dated April 28, 2004 (PY-CEI/NRR-2797L). The RAI was provided to the PNPP staff in a letter dated July 9, 2004.

In accordance with 10CFR73.2 1, the attachment to this letter has been determined to contain Safeguards Information, and is thereby exempt from public disclosure.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter or its attachment.
