MC29551 The proposed Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Physical Security Plan, originally submitted to the NRC in a letter dated April 28, 2004 (PY-CEI/NRR-2797L) and most recently revised in a letter dated September 30, 2004 (PY-CEI/NRR-2832L), has now been modified to incorporate clarification of the Owner Controlled Area (OCA) vehicle search provisions. These changes to the Plan were made based on discussions between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and the acting Director of FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) Fleet Security. The revised pages are attached to this letter for NRC review, and supersede any corresponding pages previously submitted.
In accordance with 10CFR73.2 1, the attachment to this letter has been determined to contain Safeguards Information and is exempt from public disclosure.
