SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE 6-1 Normal plant operation at 431 MWe.

6-2 During normal operation surveillance testing, MSIV position switch ZS 4415 did not provide a closure signal to the RPS within the Technical Specification limit of < 10% closure.

R0 Report 82-34 6-3 MSIV inspection revealed broken cap screws on the speed control manifold assembly for CV 4415 and cracked speed control hydraulic cylinders on CV 4415 and CV 4412.

6-5 Reactor in cold shutdown.

i 6-7 During cold shutdown surveillance testing drywell to torus vacuum breaker CV-4327D was opened and failed to close completely.

R0 Report 82-38 During cold shutdown surveillance testing. RCIC steam line high flow pressure differential indicating switches PDIS 2441 and pDIS 2442 tripped at a setpoint outside the range of Technical Specifications.
