This letter is to inform you of a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for November 17, 2010, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an open public forum to discuss the recent discovery and remediation of containment insulation issues at North Anna Power Station.
