NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, DOCKET NOS. 50-338 AND 50-339
Dear Mr. Heacock:
This letter confirms the email between Mr. F. Mladen of your staff and myself on March 29, 2012, concerning a Regulatory Conference being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for April 20, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss one Apparent Violation (AV) of Technical Specification (TS) 5.4.1.a associated with the Unit 2 H (2H) emergency diesel generator gasket failure. The results of NRCs inspection of this issue are available in NRC inspection report 05000338/2012008 and 05000339/2012008, available from the US NRCs Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) (ML12082A045).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's ADAMS.
