Enclosed are 40 copies of proposed revisions to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Unit 1 Operating Licenso DPR-77. Changes 1 through 11 are proposed to delete complete or inappropriate items from the license. Changes 12 through 15 are proposed to move the completion date of items originally scheduled to be complete by January 1,1982, to the end of the first >

refueling outage, which is now scheduled to start as late as August 1982.

In scoordance with the mquirements of 10 CFR 170.22, we have determined the proposed revisions identified as changes 1 through 11 result from the initial increase in power to 100 percent of the initial design power and are not subject to fees. We have determined the revisions identified as changes 12 through 15 to be Class II since they are administrative in

.napum. The remittance of $1,200 is being wired to the Nuclear Regulatory g Commissioq3 Attention: Licensing Fee Management Branch.-
