Y5u req' vested an explanatica as to why the safety concern dealing with the CT5G water level operating procedures, which was dis-covered on the TECO plant, was not passed on to *NI-I more promp tly. It should have been, and t.Yire is not a good reason why it was not.

It had not died at any point, but it did move more slowly than it should have. We are taking steps to assure quicker action in the fu:ure on safety, concerns affecting operating plants.
