LOCATION: Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Administration Building / Cafeteria Route 9 Forked River, NJ 00731 PURPOSE: To discuss the licer,see's September 22,1999, response to the NRC and other information addressing the sale of a portion of land that is part of the OC site. The NRC will discuss the steps it will take to determine whether the land that the licensee is selling meets the criteria for unrestricted use.
