L SECY-99-044 - General Public Utilities Nuclear Corporation (Three Mile Island Nuclear Station. Unit 1). Docket No. 50-289 The Commission approved the proposed Memorandum and Order respor. ding to a request by Mr. Camille ' Bud" George for intervention and a hearing in a Subpart M license transfer l proceeding on TMI Nuclear Station, Unit 1. The Memorandum and Order denies Mr. George's l requests and dismisses this proceeding, noting that Mr. George did not satisfy the regulatory l provisions governing requests for intervention and hearing.

(Subsequently, on February 11,1999, the Secretary signed the Order.)

!L SECY-99-045 - Hydro Resources - Intervenors' Petition to Review Presidina Officer's Februarv 4.1999 Memorandum and Order (Procedural lesues)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition for interlocutory review of the presiding officer's February 4,1999 Memorandum and Order that grants the petition in so far as it grants an extension of the deadline for the intervenors to file their briefs to February 19,1999, and denies the petition in all other respects.

(Subsequently, en February 11,1999, the Secretary signed the Order.)
