Applicants are correct (8-19-83 response 4t o ny 8-4 83 notion) that two nasonry drawings, CAR _ 2167-G-0610 and -0611, were produced. Attorney Baxter identified these to ne 8-254-83 Therefore, the i request for nasonry drawings tc be produced under 65-4(a) in t_he ( 8-h-83 Motion to Conpel is withdrawn. I had nistakenly relied en representations by various CP6:L attorneys that no such were produced. Attorney Baxter says these two are all there are of the Harris base mat. I also misunderstood a brief answer by counsel Baxter as
