Dear Mr. Bowers:
On December 7,2011, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to one employee of your facility. The applicant passed the exam. Enclosed with this letter are a copy of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and a copy of individual examination answer sheet for your employee and NRC comments, if any.
Please forward the results to the individual along with the copy of his respective answer sheet. A "P" in the column labeled RESULTS indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE.
A copy of the BWR GFE and the answer key are available for your review on the NRC's web site approximately 60 days following the examination administration date at:
