Enter Your Action Subject A.lJwiICATIMNR STAFF The Indian Point nuclear plant is too near New York and antiquated, questionable, unsafe and on an earthquake fault. So is the San Onofre near Sand Diego--and how many others? I live in San Diego. I love New York. I remember Three Mile Island, the Russian disaster, Fukushima. and a lot more. As a citizen, I demand an end to nuclear power on the planet by phasing out the worst plants, beginning with these and any others within what scientists argue is a safe distance from such a source of imminent danger.
The lies told about oil, gas, coal, fracking, uranium, mines and more have taught Greece, The Gulf, New Orleans, Russia, Czechoslovakia, Alaska, California, Florida, Japan and Thunder Bay two simple lessons--technology that is lacking represents an imminent hazard; and technology not perfectly applied and perfectly upervised is an accident in the making.
It's time to end the nuclear power experiment and classify it as a hideous unnecessary failure and a clear and present danger.
It is the answer only to one question--"What is the worst form of power ever deployed on Earth by arrogant infallibility-spouting so-called leaders who ignore science and the rights of individuals?"
End the threat now. Thank you. I have to live in thisworld--which one are you people expecting to forgive another mistake like all the others?
Do your job, now. End the threat, beginning with the most endangered places. Please. I should not have to ask.
