KEWAUNEE POWER STATION INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION CASK REGISTRATION FOR SPENT FUEL STORAGE UNDER AMENDED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 1004 Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.21 O," paragraph (b)(4),

Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) hereby provides notification regarding the registration of 14 NUHOMS spent fuel storage cask systems approved under amended Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1004, which DEK had previously loaded and registered under an earlier amended CoC.

Four casks were originally loaded under Coe 1004, Amendment 9. Ten casks were originally loaded under Coe 1004, Amendment 10. Use of these casks was registered in References 1 through 6.

Reforence 7 issued Revision 1 to CoC 1004, Amendments 1 to 11 and Amendment 13 for the NUl-IOMS cask storage system. On June 27, 2017, DEK applied the changes authorized by Revision 1 to Coe 1004, Amendment 9 to the four casks originally loaded under CoC 1004, Amendment 9; and applied the changes authorized by Revision 1 to CoC 1004, Amendment 1O to the ten casks originally loaded under CoC 1004, Amendment 10. Therefore, the casks listed below are now in use under Revision 1 to CoC 1004, Amendments 9 and 1O (respectively grouped).
