- Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs regulations on spent fuel by revising the TN Americas, LLC (TN) Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System listing within the list of approved spent fuel storage casks to include Renewed Amendment No. 18 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1004.
- Dates: The effective date of this rule is 75 after publication, unless the NRC receives a significant adverse public comment.
