In.accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses, 11 paragraph (p )(2),
Kewaunee Solutions (KS) is submitting changes to the Kewaunee Power Station Security Plan, Tr~ining and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 5 (the Plan) as the ep.clCJsure to this letter. The Revision Summary of the Plan pro_vided in the enclosure describes ea<;:h change. Changes to this document were implemented on June 28, 2022. In accordam~e with 10 CFR 50.54(p )(2) KS js submitting these changes within ~o n10nths of implementl}.timi.

. On May 10, 2021, Energy Solutions, LLC (ES) *and Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK)
(collectively, the Applicants) ~ubmitted a license transfer application {LTA) for the Kewaunee Po1"er Station (KPS) (Accession No. ML2 l 131Al 41 ). The U.S. Nuclear* Regi,datory
.Commission (NRC) approved the transfer of License No. DPR-43 for the KPS by order dated M~ch 31, 2022 (the Order, Accession No. ML22014A392). The closing of the transfer occurred on June 28, 2022. The Kewaunee Power Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, an4 Safeguards Contingency Plan was revised at that time to refl~<;t the change in KPS ownership and operatio:r,. including the new KS organization and security management positions.
KS: has concl~ded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
