Dear Members of the Board:

Yesterday, I received a call from Ms. Carolyn Acker requesting that copies of the " Carroll County Station - Site Suitability - Site Safety Report" and

" Carroll County Station - Site Suitability - Environ-mental Report" be sent to the Licensing Board members.

Shortly after the Special Prehearing Conference, I re-quested and was assured that copies of the Reports which were alrndy on file with the Commission would be promptly forwarded to the Board members.

In view of the fact that the Board members have not yet received these copies, I have requested that three copies of the Reports which were retained by the Company be updated and sent to me, and I will forward them to the Board members as soon as possible.
