Acceptance Review of LAR to TS 3.5.1, "Emergency Core Cooling Systems (ECCS) Operating" This e-mail is to inform Exelon that the NRC has formally accepted the LaSalle County Station license amendment request (LAR) titled, Request for a License Amendment to Technical Specification 3.5.1, "Emergency Core Cooling Systems (ECCS) Operating," dated March 26, 2009, for NRC review (ADAMS Accession No. ML090861004 - TAC # ME0994 and ME0995). The NRC reviewers have found the submittal acceptable for review under the LIC-109 process. However, this acceptance does not necessarily mean the NRC staff will not need additional information, once we get involved with the review.
