Today, we received a Petition dated January 10, 2023 filed with the Commission by San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace, Friends of the Earth, and Environmental Working Group seeking certain action by the Commission related to renewal of the operating licenses for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. We are writing to inform you that we (Morgan Lewis) represent PG&E on this matter and respectfully request that we be included in any Commission or Staff correspondence related to this matter. Further, as the filing does not cite to any particular regulation governing the Petition and there is no pending opportunity for hearings in this matter, we are seeking SECY input as to the appropriate regulatory process for addressing this Petition, including any information on corresponding replies and applicable due dates.
