- Alison, This e-mail is to inform Exelon that the NRC has formally accepted the Request for License Amendment Regarding Application of Alternative Source Term, dated October 23, 2008, for review (ADAMS Accession No. ML083100149). The NRC reviewers have found the submittal dated October 23, 2008 acceptable for review under LIC-109. However, this acceptance does not necessarily mean the NRC staff will not need additional information, once we get involved with the review.
