By letter dated October 13, 2023 (ML23286A042), as supplemented on November 10, 2023 (ML23317A106), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted a request for LaSalle County Station (LaSalle), Units, 1 and 2 (Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374), for an exemption from the compliance date of January 8, 2024, for the new security Rule, "Enhanced Weapons, Firearms Background Checks, and Security Event Notifications" (i.e., 88FR15864, dated March 14, 2023). This e-mail serves as a supplement to provide notification that the LaSalle Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Docket No. 72-70 should also have been referenced in support of the noted submittals.
