+10 During a periodic review of Plant Tec&nical Specifications for coverage of test require-ments it was discovered that Tech.Spec.requirement 4~8~5 on stroking crossover valves, issued 8/24/79, was not included in the procedure for testing the standby auxiliary feedwater pumps (SBAFWP)~Therefore the stroking of these valves, required 6 during September testing, was not accomplished at that time.Nevertheless, the SBAFWP main discharge valves were operable.Also, periodic testing determined that~0 0 8 B t h e t o t a 1 a u x i l i a r y f e e d w a t e r s y s t e m w a s o p e r a b 1 e a t t h a t t i m e 80 7 8 9 SYSTEM CAUSE CAUSE COMP.VALVE CODE CODE SUBCODE COMPONENT CODE SUBCODE SUBCODE~CH Q71~XQ12~ZQ73 Z Z Z Z Z Z Q4~p>>gf QT'8 9 10 11 12 13 18 19 20 SEOUEN TIAL OCCURRENCE REPORT REVISION LER/RO EVENT YEAR REPORT NO.CODE TYPE NO.Q17 REPQRT~y9~~02 1~W~09~L-~0 4 21 22 23 24 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ACTION FUTURE EFFECT SHUTDOWN ATTACHMENT NPRDP PRIME COMP.COMPONENT TAKEN ACTION ON PLANT METHOD HOURS Q22 SUBMITI'ED FORM SUB.SUPPLIER MANUFACTURER

Upon issuance of the Tech.Spec.the procedure used prior to issu-ance was updated to test with flow to the steam generators, but the new crossover valve testing requirement had been overlooked.

The procedure was corrected and test personnel were briefed on the new requirement.

Test personnel have since performed the re uired tests.CZ3 ACTIVITY CONTENT RELEASED OF RELEASE AMOUNT OF ACTIVITY 5~z Q33~ZQ34 NA 7 8 9 IO 11 44 PERSONNEL EXPOSURES NUMBER TYPE DESCRIPTION
