Docket No. 50-482: Revision of One Procedure that Implements the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) To Whom It May Concern: One procedure that implements the WCGS RERP has been revised. The revised document is identified below: Procedure AP 06-002, Rev. 19 Effective Date September 26, 2018 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedure explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. Revisions to the RERP are required by 10 CFR 50.54(q) to be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) within 30 days of revision.

A submittal was not provided to the NRC within 30 days of the effective date of revision 19. Condition Report 129586 was initiated to address the missed submittal.
