1) ULNRC-05830 dated December 15, 2011 2) Safety Evaluation Report with Open Items Related to the License Renewal of Callaway Plant, Unit 1 (TAC No. ME7708)," dated April23, 2013. By the Reference 1 letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. Reference 2 dated April23, 2013 transmitted the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with Open Items in support of an ACRS Subcommittee meeting scheduled for May 22, 2013 in which the Callaway LRA and associated SER were to be discussed.

Callaway Plant's nineteenth (19) refueling outage is currently in progress.

Due to delays in the outage schedule and the need to focus on its completion, we are requesting that the ACRS Subcommittee discussion of the Callaway LRA be postponed to a later meeting. We will work with NRC staff to determine a future meeting date.
