Subsequent to that submittal, the investigation revealed additional information necessary for the understanding of the event. This response provides that information in responding to Part C of the violation. The responses to Parts A and B of the violation are unchanged with the exception minor wording changes and the updating of Section 3, Corrective Actions that Will Be Taken, to reflect the current status.
