- 3) LES-23-109-NRC ETC USA ISSP Review and Approval, dated 8/7/2023 In Ref erence 1, NRC approved SPPP at the ETC USA location at the UUSA site. This approved the Centrifuge Assembly Building (CAB )for open storage of classified information. In Reference 2, the NRC granted ETC USA an FCL to use, process, and store classified matter up to and including SECRET-Restricted Data.
Reference 3, UUSA requested the review and approval of the ETC USA Information System Security Plan (ISSP) and requested interim authority to operate the classified information systems in the CAB. Urenco USA further stated that a request for an Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) the system would be issued separately.
Urenco USA and ETC-US are requesting an IATT f or the capabilities, compatibilities and functions of the two X-Ray Machines, the Classified Processing Computer, the ECAS Stand Alone Computers and the Hot Acceptance Testing Facility Network. The enclosure, Request f or Interim Authorization to Test contains the additional details of the tests.
The enclosure contains Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
