Monitoring Screening

  • Risk Criteria

- RAW > 2.0 20 AND

- CDF> 1E-6 1E 6 OR LERF > 1E 1E-7 7

  • Screened in gets Big M treatment using a monitoring program p g meeting g the requirements q of section 2.6 of NFPA 805.
  • Screened out gets Little m treatment using existing system and program health processes.
  • Corrective Action Program is used to document issues and issue resolution.

  • Surveillance Optimization is being committed to in Attachment S as implementation item 1.

- The monitoring program will be implemented after the safety evaluation issuance as part of the fire protection program transition to NFPA 805. A Monitoring Program Engineering Evaluation will be developed during implementation.
