Dear Mr. Kottan:

The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) received set seven, consisting of four water samples and two vegetation samples on June 28,2006 and two additional water samples received on June 30,2006, from the Indian Point Power Station in Buchanan, New York.

On September 12,2006, ORISE received a request to reanalyze the vegetation samples from Lent's Cove for Ni-63.

The sample was reanalyzed in triplicate.

The sample identification and collection data for this sample addressed in this report are presented in Table

1. The Ni-63 data are provided in Table 2. The pertinent procedure references are provided in each specific table. ORISE's Quality Control (QC) requirements were met for these analyses.

The QC files are available for your review upon request. Additional reports will follow after the completion of the requested analyses.
