In Reference 1, in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.90, "Application for amendment of license, construction permit or early site permit," Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), on behalf of Holtec Indian Point 2, LLC (IP1 & IP2) and Holtec Indian Point 3, LLC (IP3), collectively referred to as Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC), requested a license amendment for the IPEC Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Facility-Only Security, Training and Qualification, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Rev O (ISFSl-0 PSP). This letter (specifically it's attachment) provides information to clarify the templated security plan language within Reference 1. A clarification regarding NRC Regulation 10 CFR 73.55(n)(iv) "Ensure that information documented in the site corrective action program is written. in a manner that does not constitute safeguards information as defined in 1 O CFR 73.21" has been made. The clarification is on page 41 of 115 within the IPEC Safeguards Information Document ISFSl-0 PSP Revision O. Please replace the current page that you have with this.
