Unit 2 - Regulatory Framework for the Completion of Construction and Licensing Activities for Unit 2 (ADAMS Accession No. ML080320443)

The purpose of this letter is to revise the due date for the Maintenance Rule implementation for Unit 2 systems from October 31, 2012 (Reference 1) to June 20, 2014. This change is the result of Unit 2 schedule changes. Reference 2 had also previously changed this date as a result of schedule changes.
