Annual Assessment Meeting Summary

On April 9, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a public open house at the Shippingport Community and Municipal Building, in Shippingport, PA. The NRC conducted the open house to discuss its assessment of the safety performance at Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 and 2, for 2014.

A notice of the open house was issued on March 24, 2015, and was posted on the NRC's
