Your application dated May 30, 2012, as supplemented by letters dated July 19 and October 15, 2012, seeks approval, pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.80 (10 CFR 50.80), of the proposed indirect transfer of Facility Operating License No. R-98 for the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR), currently held by Aerotest Operations, Inc., a subsidiary of OEA Aerospace, Inc., to Nuclear Labyrinth LLC, and of the conforming amendment to the license and Technical Specifications to reflect the transfer pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90. A Notice of Consideration is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. The Notice of Consideration includes an opportunity for public comments, for a hearing, and an order imposing procedures for access to sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information.
