I understand that the terms of your NRC confim1atory order has been hlet as stated in Section V. Item D of Confirmatory Order IA20-0470 Issued July 27, 2020 related to NRC investigation reports 4-2016-022 and 4-20174-023 as posted on NRC Adams number ML20195B149.
Section V States:
"Accordingly, pursuant to Sections 104c, 161b, ~61i; 16io, 182 and 186 of the-Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission's regulations in 10 CFR 2.202 and 10 CFR Part 50, IT IS HEREBY ORD~RED, EFFECTIVE UPON ISSUANCE, THAT:~

"Dr. Krahenbuhl agrees that she wlll refrain from .;ipplylng for positions with an NRC licensee holding a Non-power Research or Test Reactor license, or an Operating Power.Reactor license, for a period of 1 year, beginning March 16, 2020.H -
