Vietti-Cook REQUEST FOR HEARING IN THE MA TIER OF AEROTEST OPERATIONS, INC. (AEROTEST RADIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH REACTOR), DOCKET NO. 50-228-L T The Office of the Secretary has received joint petitions to intervene and request for hearing from Aerotest Operations, Inc. and Nuclear Labyrinth, LLC. The requests were filed in response to the "Aerotest Operations, Inc. - Denial of License Renewal, Denial of License Transfer, and Issuance of Order to Modify License No. R-98 to Prohibit Operation of the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor, Facility Operating License No. R-98 (TAC NOS. ME8811 AND MC9596)," dated July 24, 2013 (ML13120A598). In accordance with Commission Memorandum and Order CLI-14-05 (ML14100A094), the pleadings filed in the license transfer proceeding (see attached) are being referred to you for appropriate action.
This matter is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
§2.346(i). This referral is being served on the E-Filing service list for Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor, Docket No. 50-228-L T.
