On January 7, 2013, we received the comment you submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The comment addresses the Notice of Consideration of Indirect Transfer and Conforming Amendment, NRC-2012-0286, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12307A290.
