July 1, 2020 thm June 30, 2021 Summary of Changes, Tests, and Experiments Ladies and Gentlemen:

This letter summarizes ARRR operations from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. This submittal complies with the requirements set forth in 10 CFR 50.59, "Authorization of Changes, Tests, and Experiments". In this time period, there were no reactor operations or experiments performed. Monthly operational characteristics normally reported (Operating-hrs., Monthly kW-h, Accumulated kW-h, Unscheduled shutdowns, etc.) do not exist given the circumstances. The ARRR core structure has been defueled since 2012.

A declaration of permanent shutdown leading to the decommissioning of the ARRR reactor was sent to the USNRC in a letter dated December 6, 2018. In that communication, a request was made to terminate all ongoing review activities conducted by the USNRC not related to the new declared direction. The proposed amendments to the existing license and technical specifications that reflect the situation of permanent shutdown and possession-only status were submitted and under review.

Should you have any questions or require additional information regarding this submission, please contact AO President David M. Slaughter, Ph.D. at (801) 631 5919 or dmsraven@gmail.com. I declare under penalty of perjury that the statements above are correct and truthful.

David M. Slaughter, Ph.D.
