Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) Cycle 28 Revision 1 and Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) Revision 10 TQ: Distribution Attached is Revision 1 of the Ginna Station Core Operating Limits Report for Cycle 28 and the associated pages for Revision 10 of the Technical Requirements Manual.

Revision 1 of the COLR Cycle 28 is due to changes in the required shutdown margin as the result of a new steam line break analysis. Revision 10 of the TRM is due to the combining of the S07 and S08 halon systems and typos.

Cycle 28 Revision 1 of the COLR and Revision 10 of the TRM are considered effective April 18, 1999. Instructions for the necessary changes to the ITS for your controlled copy of the COLR and TRM are as follows:
