Thissameprogramwhichisalsoincompliance withthereferenced SectionXX,providesthemostacceptable guidelines andlatesttechniques currently beingutilizedintheperformance ofaninservice inspection.
RepairstoQualityGroupsA,BandCcomponents shallbeperformed inaccordance withtheOwner'sDesignSpecification andConstruction Codeofthecomponent orsystem.LatereditionsoftheConstruction CodeorASMESectionIII,eitherinitsentiretyorportionsthereof,canalsobeused.Ifrepairweldingcannotbeperformed inaccordance withtheserequirements, thenArticle4000ofReference 11willbeused.Asindicated inRochester GasandElectric's report,Reference 4,andAugmented Inservice Inspection Programforhighenergypipingoutsideofcontainment hasbeenes-tablished.

TheInservice Inspection Programforreactorcoolantpumpflywheels wasdeveloped tomeettheguidanceofReference 12.Attheintervals suggested, thereactorcoolantpumpflywheelwillbeexaminedbyeitherthevolumetric orsurfaceexami-nationmethod,andevaluated tothespecified acceptance criteria.
Identification isgiveninSection9.0ofGinna'sInservice Xnspection Programforthoseareaswhichdeviatefromtherequirements ofReference 1.Whereapplicable, currently approvededitionandaddendasofSectionXIwillbeutilizedforclarification andguidance.
ItistheintentofRochester GasandElectricCorporation tocontinually applyappropriate changesintheCodewhichimprovestheoverallqualityofGinna'stotalInservice Xnspection Program.PROGRAMISI1.0ScoeandResonsibilit Components ofQualityGroupsAandBarelistedinTablesISI-l.land1.2,respectively.
