oThetworeactortLipbreakersopenedasrequired.

oAllcontrolandshutdownrodsinsertedasdesigned.

oTheplantwasstabilized inhotshutdown.

Thistransient wascomparedtothetransients described intheGinnaUpdatedFinalSafetyAnalysisReport(UFSAR).Noneoftheassumptions oftheUFSARwereviolatedduringthisevent.Theresponseoftheplanttothistransient isboundedbytheresultsoftheUFSARanalysis.

Basedontheabove,itcanbeconcluded thatthepublic'shealthandsafetywasassuredatalltimes.
