TechnicalRequirementsManual(TRM)Revision3TO:DistributionAttachedisRevision3totheTRM.Thefollowingchangesareincludedwithinthispackage([ITS¹]referstointernaltrackingnumberforalloutstandingITSrelatedissues):VariouspageslistedtheincorrectrevisionandwerechangedtoRevision3.Also,typographicalerrorswerecorrected.[ITS¹27]2.TR3.34.TableTS3.3.4-1,Functions3aand3cwererevisedtoremoveNote(a).Thisnotestatedthat"thereisoneadditionaldetectorateachzonewhichisnotrequiredtobeOPERABLEperthisTR."Forthetwodieselgeneratorrooms,thereareinfactonlytwodetectorssuchthatthisnotedid~napply.[ITS¹28]ArequirementforInstrumentBusDwasaddedincludingRequiredActionsifitisinoperableandanewSurveillanceRequirement.ThisnewrequirementonlyaddresseswhichLCO'smustbeeither:(I)declaredinoperable,or(2)evaluatedforcontinuedOPERABILITYifInstrumentBusDfails.Thisisaclarificationonly(ie.,itisnotnewactions),ThenewSurveillanceRequirementisconsistentwiththoserequiredfortheotherinstrumentbuses.[ITS¹19]AnerrorinTR3.7.2wascorrected.ThisTRwasaddedtotheTRMbyRevision1basedoninformationcontainedintheUFSAR'andProcedureA-52.4.1.TableIR3.7.2-2wastakenfromA-52.4.1only(i.e.,asimilartablewas~npreviouslyintheUFSAR).RequiredActionB.3andC.lwereunintentionallyaddedintheTRMifaniteminTableTR3,7.2-2wasinoperable,TheserequiredactionswereneverpartofA-52.4.1andhaveresultedinaNRCSpecialReportduetotheMainTransformersprinklersystembeingoutofservicefor>14days.ThischangeremovesRequiredActionsB.3andC.1fromTableTR3.7.2-2inordertomakethespecifiedactionsconsistentwiththosepriortoTRMRevisionl.[ITS¹30]
